Welcome to ChatterFox. 

I'm Katrina, a 33 year old blogger from the East Midlands. I've been writing for many years and have been lucky enough to have some of my autism work published. I had a previous blog life as a beauty blogger but as my life changed and I became a parent I decided to take the blog in a new direction, one that reflected my new interests and passions. 

I was diagnosed with Aspergers Syndrome when I was 21. When I became pregnant I found it very difficult to find information on Autism and Pregnancy so I knew I needed to play my part in addressing that. I wanted to help autistic women find some practical information to help them through their pregnancy, I wanted to help create a little predictability by sharing my experiences but most importantly I wanted to raise awareness that mothers on the autistic spectrum exist. 

Initially I was just sharing my pregnancy experiences but found that quite restrictive and I lost a bit of motivation. Now I use this space to share information about parenting, mental health, travelling, reviews and most recently my experience of having Coeliac disease. My online space is an ever adapting, miss-match of topics- just like life itself really.

The internet is a great source of information and that can be both a blessing and a curse. My online hope is that I can contribute in a positive and helpful way.
